AI Skills for a More Efficient Workday

Turn recurring tasks into AI-supported workflows that free up time for decisions, strategy and work that creates value.

Across management, R&D, quality, production and business development, valuable time is spent gathering information, preparing material and following up after meetings.

What if AI could handle more of these recurring tasks?

In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to build simple AI skills – reusable instructions and workflows that help AI complete a task in the way you want. We will use examples from Claude, ChatGPT Work, Microsoft Copilot and Google Workspace.

Explore how AI can help you:

  • gather and structure information
  • prepare briefings and decision support
  • turn meeting notes into actions and follow-ups
  • create recurring summaries, reports and updates

Bring one or two real tasks from your own work and start building a solution you can continue using afterwards.

No coding required. Just bring your laptop.

Note: Maximum 12 participants per session.

This session is exclusively available to employees of UBP companies with a service agreement.
